Givin' back some love!

I just need to tell you all how much I love and apprciate every little bit of support you give me everyday! I don't think I realized how much I would rely on my blog buddies for guidance and acceptance and kindness. I love you all for not judging my shamrock shake and giving me a push to just keep going!

That said...I'M STARVING!! I need this fill to loosen up! Just a little bit. I want some eggs! I want some creamy soup! I want something other than liquids! I can only eat half a yougurt...you know how long that shuts my stomach up for? About 20 minutes then it's back to growling like a wild animal!

Bring on the support buddies! I'm about to eat my arm off!!

  2. Hang in there. And don't eat your arm off - those don't grow back!

I am not banded yet and so can't say "try this or that". But I do know I read a lot of different strategies for post fills and it seems that from what I read, you might be able to do mushies or at least full liquids. Just take it slow slow slow and chew chew chew. And, at the end of the day, do what feels best for you and YOUR body.

  3. You are going to need both those arms to keep hugging that p'nut!

More fills are coming and the hunger will go (I promise ;-)!

  4. I think your arm would give you a nasty PB, so you might want to stay away from that. :)

  5. Ouch. I am like that today too. Whats going on?
And as far as support goes - we are always here for you. It really helps. Oooh I just realised something.. you have the same green blog I once had, daisies and all - and I was wondering why it looked so familiar lol.

  6. There are going to be bad days. This isn't a diet, remember that. This is your life. Good and bad. It's like being married......you decided to do this for better or worse. I have learned (sometimes the hard way) that your band is your worst friend and your worst enemy. It depends on the day, what you eat, and about a million other factors. Keep your head up girlfriend. You WILL make it through this.
