Scale on the weigh down!

After holding strong for 4 or 5 days, I finally lost another pound and a half! Woo Hooooo!!!
So I've been trying all sorts of different online calorie, protein, fat counters. What one is the best? Everytime I search for calorie content in foods I get directed to The Daily Plate. I was using The Realize My Success thing but it barely has any foods in it. I used to use Fitday but I think I like the DailyPlate.
I move onto soft foods soon. I think mushies and soft foods are pretty similar. What do I add as mushie?

  2. I use the Daily Plate too and love it! I use the Realize my success just to keep track of my weight and fills.

  4. Hi Chele. Just found your blog and you are responsible for me almost popping my glued holes from surgery. You posted right after surgery "Surgry went well. Except for the missing needle Don't worry they got it." So I laughed so hard, I couldn't stop as I held my 2 day post-op swollen stomach. Don't worry nothing popped out.

Glad I found your blob. You sound so funny and really withit. We posted similar thoughts. BTW, mushies are supposed to have chunks in them whereas the pureed has none. I have one week fluids (anything I could get through a straw), one week pureed-everthing through the blender if whole (wonder if KFC can go through a blender), 3rd week mushies (chunks are ok but still need to be creamy) then 4th week, regular food as tolerated-small bites and little plates.

I also want to say, you will be so happy to lose the weight and be a healthy mom for your beautiful little p'nut. Come visit me at http://rollercoasterdieting.blogspot.com/.
